
MedNorth at Calhoun Drive Alterations
Alterations to an existing 3,500 square foot single-story wood-framed former church building. Alterations included programming for a reception area, conference room, and offices, as well as reconfiguration of the parking lot and selection of all finishes. All architectural services were provided pro-bono in order to support MLA’s mission of creating safe places that engage with our community.

S. Public Health Service Act (“Section 330”), 42 U.S.C. ‘ 254b, to provide a full spectrum of primary and preventative health care services (including essential ancillary and enabling services) to medically underserved populations, in New Hanover and surrounding counties in Southeastern North Carolina. Patients receive services regardless of the individuals or families ability to pay. Our service is designed to cover prenatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric life cycles.”
