Full design and construction document services for a new 20,585 square-foot, single-story modular building to serve the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office’s new Vice & Detectives Divisions’ offices. MLA conducted a Space Needs Assessment to develop a program based on the specific needs of the Vice/Narcotics and Detectives units, as well as the crime lab. Project involved coordination with modular unit manufacturer.
