MegaCorp Logistics at Sir Tyler Drive

Approximately 31,000 SF of alterations to an existing two-story commercial office building. The scope of work included the demolition of nearly all existing finishes and specification of all new finishes to match owner’s standard, including all new LED lighting; demolition of the existing central gathering space; extension of the existing gang toilet rooms to accommodate the fixture counts expected by the owner; extension of existing office separation walls to the underside of the floor decking overhead. A handful of existing offices were removed to create more open workstations. The scope also included reconfiguring the second-floor central conference room into an employee break room, including millwork and space for a kegerator.
