First-time interior completion of a 945 SF tenant space in an existing shell building, adjacent to an existing taproom, The Scapegoat, for which MLA provided design services in 2023. The space is meant to evoke a prohibition-era speakeasy. Our design included a bar and equipment plan, an ADA restroom, and storage room.
