We have been involved in renovations to more than half a dozen homes in the Landfall community. This neighborhood has a dedicated Architectural Review Committee (ARC) that oversees home renovations, new construction, and landscape modifications. We manage the submittal process to ensure alignment with ARC expectations and are thoroughly familiar with their design guidelines and approval procedures.
