Oceans RV Resort Clubhouse

This project, located on approximately 21 acres in Holly Ridge, involved the development of the site to include 159 RV parking spaces with various amenities. The clubhouse was designed with a welcoming, hotel-inspired entry experience, featuring a reception area equipped with a counter and workspace for staff members to greet and check in residents. Adjacent to the front desk is a retail space offering snacks, beverages, and memorabilia. The interior includes a resident lounge with comfortable seating, a fireplace, TV, and bar for social gatherings. Additional amenities include a fitness center and restrooms (each with two stalls and two showers) accessible directly from both the exterior and pool deck. To maintain a clean and comfortable atmosphere, these restrooms are separated from the main clubhouse interior to avoid wet foot traffic. The building also houses a laundry room with four washers and dryers, vending machines, and an ice cooler. A dog wash station located in the covered exterior adds a practical touch for pet owners.
