Riko’s Pizza at the Proximity

This project involved the first-time interior completion of an approximately 3,500 square-foot space in the new Proximity mixed-use development in Carolina Beach. As the first NC location of the Connecticut-founded thin crust pizza franchise, Riko’s features an open dining space, a bar, outdoor seating, and a 1,120 square-foot commercial kitchen. The interior is finished with signature black and wooden accents, complemented by authentic vintage photographs of the Carolina Beach and Wilmington areas.
