Dram & Draught Wilmington

Renovation of the former Shuckin’ Shack location in the historic Bradley-Green Building at 109 Market Street for the Wilmington location of this popular cocktail and whiskey bar chain. Due to the project’s location in Historic Downtown Wilmington, the scope of work required submission to and approval from the Historic Preservation Commission to ensure the renovations aligned with the district’s established standards for preserving its historic character.
