New Hanover County Sheriff’s Dept. Vice & Detectives Divisions New Facility

This project involved intensive programming and space planning for a 22,831 square-foot, single-story building comprised of 29 prefabricated modular structures to service the New Hanover County Vice/Narcotics and Detectives Divisions. We coordinated diligently with multiple stakeholders, including the detectives, the vice squad, the crime lab, and the modular building manufacturer.
